Texturized vegetable proteins (TVP)

Our TVP-products are available in different sizes and properties depending on the process and composition.
All our meat substitutes are based on peas and faba beans or only peas. Other products ex. for breakfast and bread are based on pea and full grain oats.
We use extruder technique that is also known from production of pasta – but we just use the extruder in our own way!

Our TVP-products are among the most sustainable TVPs available.

Dry process and No chemicals

The protein concentrates are produced in a dry mechanical process – which means no water and no chemicals so that the rich content of nutrients from nature`s side is maintained.

Textured proteins from peas and fava beans are well suited for both vegan and vegetarian dishes and also as meat extenders.

The products are available in dry form.
